R-110 Regular Form Epoxy Mortar

Trowel-grade epoxy mortar for rebuilding deep spalls, slab edges and forklift lanes at 1/8 to 1/4 inch.

What's in the box

• 1/4 Unit: liquids + 12.5 lb aggregate
• 1/2 Unit: liquids + 25 lb aggregate
• Unit: 9 lb Part A + 2.2 lb Part B + 50 lb aggregate

What it covers

• Unit: 21.5 sq ft at 1/4 inch or 43 sq ft at 1/8 inch
• 1/4 Unit: about 5 sq ft at 1/4 inch

Coverage figures assume the recommended thickness on a properly profiled slab. Rough or porous concrete uses more. Order the next size up if your floor is at the top of a range.

Use it when

• Deep spalls, broken joints, slab edges, forklift lanes
• Rebuilding a damaged area before coating

• Small cracks (R-818)
• You need it walkable in an hour (R-343)
• Thermal shock or hot wash-down (U-903M)
