P-015 Water Based Epoxy Primer, Semi Gloss

Thin, low-odor water-based epoxy that seals porous concrete, wood and masonry. Clear for priming; Black is the ground coat under every metallic floor.

What's in the box

• 1 Gal Kit: 0.8 gal Part A + 0.2 gal Part B (4:1)
• 2 Gal Kit and 5 Gal Kit in the same ratio
• Each kit is two parts. Mix Part A into Part B completely before you pour.

What it covers

• 229 to 320 sq ft per gallon at 5 to 7 mils
• 1 Gal Kit: about 230 to 320 sq ft. 2 Gal Kit: about 460 to 640 sq ft. 5 Gal Kit: about 1,150 to 1,600 sq ft

Coverage figures assume the recommended thickness on a properly profiled slab. Rough or porous concrete uses more. Order the next size up if your floor is at the top of a range.

Use it when

• Occupied or attached spaces where solvent odor is a problem
• Porous or dusty concrete that would outgas under 100% solids
• Wood subfloors
• Pigmented (black) as the ground coat under a metallic floor
• Pigmented as a hide coat under light colors of B-707

Pick something else if

• As a clear topcoat over color (the clear is amber, Gardner 11)
• Outdoors or in sun (yellows)
• Slab on grade with moisture and no vapor barrier
• Humidity above 75%
