B-933 Fast Cure Polyurea Base Coat

Flexible, fast polyurea base for one-day floors. Down at 40°F, recoat in 3 to 6 hours. Must be topcoated with a polyaspartic or polyurethane; it is not a finished floor on its own.

What's in the box

• 1.25 Gal Kit: 1 gal A + 0.25 gal B (4:1)
• 2.5 Gal Kit: 2 gal A + 0.5 gal B
• 5 Gal Kit: 4 gal A + 1 gal B
• Mix 4:1 by volume exactly. Do not change the ratio.

What it covers

• 100 to 200 sq ft per gallon at 8 to 16 mils
• 2.5 Gal Kit: one car bay under a flake broadcast

Coverage figures assume the recommended thickness on a properly profiled slab. Rough or porous concrete uses more. Order the next size up if your floor is at the top of a range.

Use it when

• One-day flake floor: this is the base coat in the Garage One-Day System
• Cold slabs (40°F)
• Slabs with minor movement or hairline cracking

• As a finish coat (not UV stable, soft: Shore D 20-30)
• DIY without help: 15-25 min pot life, 4:1 ratio
