PROBLEM: Unprotected concrete floors are porous and will trap dust, wear, stain and absorb, rock salt, oils along with highly corrosive fluids such as battery acids, transmission fluids and power steering fluids. This not only contaminates your concrete substrate but also contaminates the soil/ground and the environment below the concrete surface.
SOLUTION: Epoxy PRO Floor Restoration provides an industrial strength, non-porous floor paint made from 100% solids resin based epoxy that is ideal the preservation, protection, restoration and beautification of industrial, commercial and residential cement floors. Epoxy PRO's floor coating systems protects concrete from wear because it is actually harder (10,000 X compression strength per square inch (psi) versus concrete of 400 pounds psi) and more durable than the concrete itself. Epoxy PRO is solvent free with no/zero Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and when the two-component product is mixed together, it forms a 100% solids epoxy floor coating/sealer. Epoxy PRO is safe to use, safe for the environment, protects and beautifies floors easily and affordably.
COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES: Epoxy PRO garage and basement floor paint is superior to all oil based, solvent based, water-based paints and other coatings that are less than 100% volume solids. Epoxy PRO is 100% volume solids resin based providing a more durable film that either paint or urethane-based coatings provide. Epoxy PRO is superior to other epoxy-type coatings because it is 5x thicker than water-based epoxy and provides self-leveling surface restoration and easy repair. Epoxy PRO's durable, non-porous epoxy prevents oils and fluids from penetrating and absorbing into its surface causing contamination and staining. Epoxy PRO garage floor paint is impervious to all chemicals including ice melting chemical products and rock salt.
Epoxy PRO uses a proprietary formula that allows for 40% extended work time making it less stressful for the do-it-yourself home or business owner. This formula has a medium to high gloss luster finish and will increase lighting between 200% and 400% depending on how much floor space is open or occupied by equipment. Epoxy PRO is easy to clean, slip resistant and maintenance free.
